WOMEN’S JIU-JITSU

Jiu-jitsu is one of the best martial art for women’s self-defence, equipping you with the tools to defend yourself against a larger, stronger attacker. It also specialises in defending against ground attacks, escaping pins, holds, grips and chokes.

Our classes are mixed gender, but we always allow women the right to choose their training partners. While there are benefits to training with men sometimes, you may train exclusively with other women if you prefer.

We have a ladies only WhatsApp group where you can coordinate training times with each other. Currently our ladies group trains together on Wednesdays at 6pm.
